Maple Syrup Chicken

Dijon mustard                                                      2 tblsp

Balsamic vinegar                                               3 tblsp

Canola oil                                                             ¼ cup

Maple syrup                                                       ½ cup

Pepper                                                                 1 tsp

Garlic – minced                                                 1 clove

Chicken breast-boneless, skinless            6

Combine first 6 ingredients and brush over chicken.  Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.  Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes.
