Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

Canola oil 1 tblsp
Garlic – minced 2 cloves
Onions – diced 2
Snow peas 1 cup
Baby spinach 2 cups
Ginger 1 tblsp
Orange juice ½ cup
Lime juice ¼ cup
Honey ¼ cup
Pepper
Salt
White rice 1 cups
Chicken broth enough to cook rice
Shrimp – peeled 2 lbs
Cook rice according to directions, using chicken broth instead of water. In a large pan, heat oil and fry onions and garlic until just browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally until peas are tender. Serve over rice
