2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 cup rice milk
2 tps vanilla
5 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup ground flaxseed
In a large bowl, beat sugar, eggs, oil, bananas, rice milk and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until moist. Line muffin tray with paper liners and bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes.
