Thanks for the recipe… I know you posted it a long time ago, but we're trying to keep the site more active. I'm going to post the recipe to our main site.
1c quinoa flour 1/2c tapioca flour 3T oil (I use olive) 1/2c apple juice concentrate, thawed
*combine flours in bowl, mix oil and juice together and stir them into the flour, knead to absorb all flour and form a very hard dough. Roll to 3/8″ on floured board, cut into 1×3 inch bars (I sloppily curve the edges bc they get sharp), transfer to lightly oiled baking sheet, bake at 300 for 35-40mins or until begin browning, turn off oven and leave for an hr to harden-makes about 1 1/2 dozen
I'm told by my friend that these are significantly less messy than the store bought ones and last longer too. Nate loves them. I keep them in a ziploc in the freezer, which is even better bc then they're cold.
